Assisted Password Reset

If you require assistance with resetting your Hi-look system’s password, PSA can help you with the password reset process via remote link through your local PC/MAC.

PSA will charge $80 inc GST per device that needs to be reset on the system.

A PC/MAC will be required on site for our team to remotely access and someone will need to be present during this process.

If you would like assistance with the Password reset, please fill out the form below and provide your driver’s license. PSA will review your details and once approved will send through a Payment link plus organise a time to complete the process.

NOTE: The reset process can only be started between 9-12am weekdays.
