PSA Cashback Program– Terms & Conditions
Effective Dates: 1 March 2026 – 28 February 2027
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to participation in the PSA Cashback Program (“Promotion”), a cashback loyalty program offered by PSA Products Pty Ltd (“PSA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Promotion, each participant (“Participant”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility
1.1 The Promotion is open to customers who purchase eligible PSA products from an authorised electrical wholesaler account located within Australia.
1.2 Participants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
1.3 Employees of PSA, its distributors, and affiliated agencies directly involved in the administration of the Promotion are not eligible to participate.
- How to Participate
2.1 Participants must submit valid purchase invoices through the official PSA Cashback upload portal at https://www.psaproducts.com.au/psa-cashback-program/.
2.2 To submit an invoice, Participants must:
- Provide accurate personal details,
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions, and
- Consent to PSA handling their information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
2.3 Uploaded invoices must be:
- A clear and legible image file (JPEG, PNG) or
- A digital PDF file.
2.4 Any invoice that cannot be fully read, is incomplete, illegible, or does not clearly display required purchase details may be rejected at PSA’s discretion.
- Qualifying Purchases
3.1 Invoices must include PSA-branded products and must contain one or more items listed in the Participating Products List, located at (Insert link here).
3.2 Cashback values correspond to specific listed product models. Cashback values for participating models are available under the Participating Products section.
3.3 Cashback values may be updated or changed monthly at PSA’s discretion.
- Accrued Cashback & Payouts
4.1 Cashback will be calculated based on:
- The eligible products on each invoice, and
- The applicable cashback values assigned to each model for that calendar month.
4.2 Cashback accrues over the entire month. Payouts will be issued once per month, at the start of each new month, covering the previous month’s approved invoices.
4.3 A minimum of $100 in accrued cashback is required before a payout is issued.
4.4 Payouts will be delivered as Prezzee eGift Vouchers sent to the Participant’s nominated email address.
4.5 All payout values will be issued in multiples of $5. Cashback totals will be rounded down to the nearest $5, with any remaining amount carried forward into the following month.
4.6 Any accrued amount of less than $10 remaining at the end of the promotional period (28 February 2027) will be forfeited and deemed void.
4.7 The final payout for the Promotion will be issued by 7 March 2027.

- Validity of Claims
5.1 PSA reserves the right to reject any claim that:
- Does not comply with these Terms,
- Contains fraudulent, altered or tampered invoices, or
- Includes products not listed as eligible.
5.2 Claims may be audited to confirm validity. Participants must retain their original invoices.
- Privacy & Data Use
6.1 All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act.
6.2 Information submitted will be used solely for:
- Administration of this Promotion,
- Verification and payout processing,
- Communication required for participation.
6.3 PSA will not use or disclose Participant data for unrelated marketing purposes without explicit consent.
- Changes, Suspension or Termination
7.1 PSA reserves the right to cancel, alter, suspend or amend the Promotion, or any part of the Promotion, at any time.
7.2 In the event of early cancellation, PSA will honour all accrued cashback amounts up to the date of cancellation, provided they meet the minimum payout value requirements.
- General Conditions
8.1 PSA is not responsible for:
- Technical failures affecting invoice upload,
- Delayed or lost submissions,
- Incorrect participant details resulting in failed voucher delivery.
8.2 Participants are responsible for ensuring all account details, email addresses, and submitted information are accurate and current.
8.3 Cashback amounts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.4 Participation in this Promotion does not create any legal partnership, employment relationship or commercial association between the Participant and PSA.
- Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSA will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any Participant arising in connection with the Promotion.
9.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Acceptance of Terms
By submitting invoices or otherwise participating in the PSA Cashback Program, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
