PSA Centrii Guardian Camera Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

This promotion is offered by PSA Products Pty Ltd (“PSA”) and provides eligible homeowners in Queensland, Australia with one (1) free PSA Centrii Guardian Indoor Pan-Tilt (PT) Camera (model: CENPTCAM, valued at $99) after spending a minimum of $550 (incl. GST) on upgrading their residential smoke alarms to comply with the upcoming Queensland 2027 smoke alarm legislation.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for this promotion, participants must:

·         Be a homeowner located in Queensland, Australia.

·         Spend a minimum of $550 AUD (including GST) on smoke alarm upgrades in a single transaction.

·         Purchase must be made through a participating smoke alarm maintenance company.

o    Current participating provider: DC Smoke Services.

·         Upload a valid tax invoice showing:

o    The number of smoke alarms installed.

o    The total amount paid (must be $550 or more).

·         Submit the invoice via the official PSA promotion submission form (see Section 3).

3. Redemption Process

·         To redeem, eligible participants must complete the online submission form, available here: https://www.psaproducts.com.au/get-a-free-guardian/

·         The submission form will require uploading the tax invoice and providing delivery details.

·         Once the invoice is received and verified, there will be a 10-business-day processing period.

·         After successful verification, the PSA Centrii Guardian Indoor PT Camera (model: CENPTCAM) will be shipped directly to the homeowner by PSA.

·         PSA reserves the right to reject claims with incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent invoices.

4. Promotion Period

·         This promotion is valid for purchases made between 1st July 2025 and 30th June 2026.

·         Only installations completed and invoiced during the promotion period are eligible.

·         PSA reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock is exhausted.

5. Limitations

·         Limit of one (1) free PSA Centrii Guardian Indoor PT Camera (model: CENPTCAM) per household.

·         Not transferable or redeemable for cash.

·         Offer only valid while promotional stock lasts.

6. Privacy and Use of Information

·         By submitting your invoice, you consent to PSA collecting and using your personal information for the purpose of administering this promotion.

·         Your information will be handled in accordance with the PSA Privacy Policy.

·         PSA will not use or share your information for marketing purposes unless you explicitly provide permission to be contacted.

7. General Conditions

·         PSA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of claims and disqualify submissions that do not comply with these terms.

·         PSA is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or incorrect delivery details provided by the claimant.
