PSA MMEM Region 3 – Win A Webber – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter
    This promotion is conducted by PSA Products Pty Ltd (“PSA”).

 

  1. Promotion Period
    The promotion commences on Monday 11 May 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Tuesday 30 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

 

  1. Eligibility
    Entry is open to licensed electrical contractors and trade customers who purchase eligible PSA products from participating MMEM (N3) branches in Australia during the Promotional Period.

Employees of PSA, participating branches, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

 

  1. Participating Locations
    This promotion is valid only at participating MMEM (N3) branch locations across Australia.

 

  1. How to Enter
    To enter, eligible customers must purchase any qualifying PSA Product during the Promotional Period from a participating branch.
    Each qualifying purchase constitutes one (1) automatic entry into the draw, unless otherwise stated.

 

  1. Prize
    The prize is one (1) Webber Q barbecue (model determined by PSA) valued at approximately AUD $399.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

 

  1. Draw Details
    The draw will made on Monday 6 July 2026.
    The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

 

  1. Winner Notification
    The winner will be notified via phone and/or email on the day of the draw.
    If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, PSA reserves the right to redraw the prize.

 

  1. Publication of Winner
    The winner’s name and business will be published on PSA’s social media channels.

 

  1. General Conditions
    PSA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
    PSA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.

 

  1. Liability
    To the extent permitted by law, PSA is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or the prize.

 

  1. Privacy
    By entering this promotion, entrants consent to PSA collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion and for marketing communications, in accordance with PSA’s privacy policy.
