This process can only be started between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM AEST and must be completed by 5:00 PM AEST.

To reset your system, you will require a PC or MAC on site that can be connected to the same network as the CCTV system.

For security reasons, PSA will request your name, address, contact details and a copy of your driver’s license.
PSA reserves the right to reject password reset requests if;
- The password request is suspicious.
- You fail to provide PSA with adequate information about the system.
- The system was not purchased through PSA’s distribution network.
