HiLook CCTV is high security and as a result, has a strenuous password reset process to protect the information and privacy of its users.

This process requires a technician to access the backend of the NVR/Camera via a direct connection from a PC or MAC on the same network. This process takes time and must be completed within a day of the process beginning.

This process can only be started between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM AEST and must be completed by 5:00 PM AEST.

To reset your system, you will require a PC or MAC on site that can be connected to the same network as the CCTV system.

For security reasons, PSA will request your name, address, contact details and a copy of your driver’s license.

PSA reserves the right to reject password reset requests if;

  1. The password request is suspicious.
  2. You fail to provide PSA with adequate information about the system.
  3. The system was not purchased through PSA’s distribution network.



A step-by-step process will be emailed to you to change the password yourself.
