Promotional Period: 1 October 2026 – 30 November 2026 

1. The PSA x Garmin Promotion is open to Australian electrical contractors who purchase qualifying PSA products through participating Electrical Wholesalers during the Promotional Period. 

2. To participate, eligible customers must purchase PSA fire safety products from the qualifying product range, including: 

  • PSA Lifesaver Smoke & Heat Alarms 
  • PSA HomeGuard Smoke Alarms 
  • PSA Lifesaver Smoke Alarm Accessories 

3. Purchases must be made through a participating Electrical Wholesaler during the Promotional Period. 

4. Reward Tiers: Customers who reach the applicable qualifying cumulative purchase value during the entire duration of the Promotional Period will receive the corresponding Garmin reward: 

  • $2,000 ex GST PSA spend: Cirqa Smart Band  
  • $4,000 ex GST PSA spend: Forerunner 70  
  • $6,000 ex GST PSA spend: Black Instinct E 40 mm  
  • $10,000 ex GST PSA spend: Black Instinct 3 45mm Amoled 

5. Prize entitlements are based on the highest eligible spend tier reached. Spend does not accumulate across tiers and multiple prizes cannot be claimed for higher levels of spend. For example, an eligible spend of $20,000 ex GST will qualify for one (1) prize only, being the prize applicable to the highest spend tier reached. 

6. Qualifying spend is calculated on the total value (excluding GST) of eligible PSA fire safety products purchased during the Promotional Period. 

7. Purchases of products outside the qualifying PSA range do not contribute towards the qualifying spend. 

8. Qualifying purchases are cumulative across the Promotional Period. Customers may progress to a higher reward tier by reaching the relevant spend threshold. 

9. Each qualifying customer is eligible to receive one reward corresponding to the tier reached during the Promotional Period. 

10. Proof of purchase may be required to verify qualifying purchases. PSA Products reserves the right to request invoices or other supporting documentation. 

11. Rewards are subject to verification of qualifying purchases and fulfilment by PSA Products. 

12. Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or redeemable for an alternative product unless otherwise determined by PSA Products. 

13. If a qualifying purchase is subsequently returned, cancelled, credited or otherwise reversed, the value of that purchase will be deducted from the customer’s qualifying spend. If this results in the customer no longer meeting a reward threshold, PSA Products reserves the right to withdraw or recover the applicable reward. 

14. Employees of PSA Products, its associated companies, participating promotional partners and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. 

15. PSA Products reserves the right to verify eligibility and qualifying purchases and to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions. 

16. PSA Products reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable Australian consumer law. 

17. By participating in the promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
